(1) The VOCs waste gas is dried at high temperature, the organic solvent contained in it evaporates, and the mixed gas is introduced into the preprocessor through the high-pressure centrifugal fan for cooling and filtration before entering the adsorption tank. After the gas is adsorbed by activated carbon in the adsorption tank, the tail gas enters the fluidized bed adsorber concentration system through the exhaust pipe. When the activated carbon in the adsorption tank is saturated, the adsorption tank is blown into the quantitative steam according to the setting and desorbed one by one. The solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon is steam desorbed, the solvent is separated and cooled and recycled. The separated sewage is discharged to the sewage station for treatment. The detached steam enters the fluidized bed system through special pipes.
(2) The tail gas adsorbed by the fixed bed is mixed with the steam after cooling and heat exchange by the condenser, and enters the mobile bed adsorption tower through the high pressure centrifugal fan. After the gas passes through the flowing activated carbon layer in the adsorption tower, the organic solvent contained in the adsorption is adsorbed by activated carbon, and the remaining tail gas is discharged directly up to the standard. The adsorbed activated carbon enters the desorption tower through the activated carbon conveying system for desorption. The deattached activated carbon enters the adsorption tower again through the activated carbon conveying system for recycling.
When the RCO is not enabled, the desorption concentrated tail gas passes through the heat exchange tower to recover the heat to the desorption tower heater for use, and then leads back to the pretreatment bellow of the fixed bed system for recycling.
(3) When the RCO system is enabled, the tail gas after desorption concentration is preheated by the heat exchanger and enters the RCO catalytic tower for catalytic combustion. The high-temperature tail gas after combustion is recovered by the heat exchange tower, and is directly discharged from the chimney at the upper end of the mobile bed adsorption tower.
