fluidized bed adsorber Introduction to Principles：
Volatile organic waste gas (VOCs) enters the bottom of the adsorption tower through the exhaust fan, and distributes the VOC waste gas evenly through the air distributor, directly through a series of sieve trays, and the activated carbon contacts the VOCs waste gas in reverse, which can effectively remove the organic solvent waste gas in the VOCs waste gas.
Adsorbed saturated activated carbon (BAC), from the bottom tray of the adsorption tower to the bottom of the collection tank, through the BAC conveying system to the top of the desorption tower. BAC flows downward from the top of the desorption tower. At the same time, hot gas is introduced into the interior of the desorption tower to form a heating zone, and BAC moves through the heating zone in the middle of the desorption tower in a spiral way. When passing through the heating zone, VOCs are desorbed from the pores of BAC, carrying the desorbed VOCs into the oxidation furnace, where the solvent is destroyed by high temperature.
The BAC that has been regenerated returns to the top of the adsorption tower through the BAC conveying system, flows through the cooling section at the top of the adsorption tower, and is cooled to continue to use
